🚨 IMPORTANT: Board Prelim Examinations — Rules & Regulations

Date of Posting: June 30, 2026

Applicability: Class 10 & Class 12 Students

Status: CRITICAL COMPLIANCE REQUIRED

As we approach the Board Prelim Examinations, the institutional Exam Cell has issued the following operational guidelines to ensure an authentic, board-simulated environment. All students are required to read, understand, and strictly follow these protocols.

🛑 1. Mandatory Entry Requirements

  • Institutional ID & Admit Card: No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall without displaying a valid student ID card and the signed Prelim Hall Ticket.
  • Reporting Time: Students must report to their assigned block 20 minutes before the exam start time. Late entry beyond 10 minutes from the start whistle will result in automatic disqualification.
  • Uniform: Students must be in immaculate, complete school/college uniform. Casual attire or sports house T-shirts are not permitted.

🚫 2. Strict Prohibited Items List

Possession of any of the following items inside the examination block will be treated as an intent to use unfair means (UFM) and will result in immediate suspension from the remaining papers:

  • All Electronic Gadgets: Smartwatches, smartphones, digital calculators, and Bluetooth earbuds/headphones. (Only standard analog wristwatches are allowed).
  • Unauthorized Stationeries: Printed/written papers, scribbled pencil pouches, or textbooks.
  • Note: Only clear, transparent writing pads and transparent stationary pouches are permitted.

🖋️ 3. Stationery & Answer Sheet Instructions

  • Students must write exclusively using Blue or Black ballpoint pens. Gel pens or fountain pens that bleed through paper are strictly discouraged.
  • Borrowing stationary (erasers, rulers, sharpeners) from fellow students during the exam is completely forbidden to maintain pin-drop silence.

We wish our students the absolute best in their preparation. Let your hard work and integrity guide your performance.
