🚨 NOTICE: Distribution of Permanent ID Cards & Mandatory Uniform Inspection

This is to inform all students that the processing of the permanent digital Smart Identity Cards for the academic year 2026–2027 has been completed.

The physical ID cards will be distributed by respective Class Teachers during the homeroom period on July 6th, 2026.

🛑 Strict Uniform Regulation Drive:

Effective from Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, the institutional Discipline Committee will launch a daily campus gate inspection drive. Please ensure complete compliance with the following rules:

• Identity Display: Wearing the newly issued ID card on the official school lanyard is mandatory at all times while on campus, including on the Rajarshi Shahu Vidyalaya Ground.
• School Section (5th - 10th): Regular uniforms must be perfectly ironed. Black leather shoes must be polished daily. Only white sports shoes are permitted on physical education days.
• Junior College Section (11th & 12th): Students must strictly follow the prescribed college dress code. Casual wear, unauthorized jackets, or sports footwear on regular lecture days are strictly prohibited.
• Grooming: Neat haircuts for boys and tied-back hair for girls are mandatory.

Defaulters caught violating the dress code or failing to display their ID cards after the grace period will face disciplinary points and parental notifications through the ERP system.
